Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging. Contact contact@mirlzar.com before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing can take 5 to 10 business days. Original expedited shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items should be reported promptly with photographs and the order number.
